CANADA
Regiments and Corps.
Canada's remarkable war effort contributed some 650,000 men and women from a nation of little over 8 million people. Canada's national identity forged in blood at Ypres, Regina Trench, Vimy Ridge and Passchendaele.

Serving in 260 infantry battalions for the Canadian Expeditionary Force, Canadian nationals also served in the Royal Flying Corps and Royal Naval Air Service contributing to 23,000 men in the British Forces.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Australia and New Zealand entered the First World War as dominion nations but found national and global identity by fighting in some of the bloodiest campaigns. The ANZACs served with distinction during the ill-fated Gallipoli campaign in 1915 as well as the Western Front in a variety of roles.
